9yDear colleague - thank you for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor. We do have a plan to roll out some program to support ventures thought of by employees but nothing is at a stage where it is ready to launch. On the other hand, if you really believe that you have a great idea, you should definitely discuss it with folks in the leadership team - for all you know, it may turn out to be something that the company may want to put it's support behind.

9yDear colleague - thank you for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor. I do believe we are one of the best companies to work for anywhere.
Regarding 'onsite' opportunities, our approach is to figure out what is the best model of engagement for a given customer and project - which means that we don't have a set template or ratio of onsite/offshore which applies to all engagements. Having said that, the number of expats out of Nagarro India locations has been continuously increasing, so there are opportunities.
