      Pros

      Top Leadership is hard working and a genuine interest towards improving lives of its employees can be easily visible. Technical learning is good as they have some good projects. Work from home is available Good Technical Talent.

      Cons

      Managerial talent is not that great and need to improve on that ! Location is not good .

      Pros

      Really modest people at top leadership. Easy to reach out and communicate. Company is growing and there are real good opportunities here. You might get lots of opportunities to learn new stuff and it is very important aspect if you want to grow.

      Cons

      Middle level management are mostly people who have previously worked as a developer and have no people skills. Work life balance depends upon the project you are in. Good part is management is willing to listen.
