Pros

Fantastic colleagues and absence of unnecessary bureaucracy. Effective and efficient processes internally, focus on delivering real value to customers and making things work, whatever it takes. These are the people you would go to war with! :-D

Cons

Being the very live, agile and growing organisation, everything isn't always easy to know/find, and probably a bit more structure (e.g. a portal into a knowledge base) would make us even more efficient and sometimes less frustrated. This is, however, not critical due to the team of colleagues always eager to assist with anything.
