Pros

Takes immense care of it's employees. CEO is awesome. You'll get wide-spread experience of technologies. Flexible working hours, minimum for a full-day is just 5 hours

Cons

Sometimes they allot you to a project/technology which is not of your interest at all

Thanks for the review. We are hoping to improve the matching of project opportunities to people’s interests, which is why we centralised resource matching. But it has taken a long time and we still need some more months to start the first phase of that. (Just a refinement: when the post says the minimum for a full day is just 5 hours, it means at the office.)

Starting from hiring procedure, induction, and till date, everything is well organised. A collaborative work culture with amazing managers. Great projects and growth opportunities. This is the best place to be. Thank you for everything you do for each one of us.
