      Pros

      They have a great vision & a great mission towards which the top folks are spear heading

      Cons

      It is difficult to carve a niche for yourself with so many old timers in (mid)management, since they have their own nexus & it is rare that you are heard/empowered with independence...(specially in old accounts)
