Pros

-- Great development projects -- Great work enviorenment -- Can grow exponentially.. if you have right technical aptitude -- Good for technology driven people as a lot of development opportunities -- Great exposure to latest technology stacks -- Great exposure to directly dealing with clients and exploring the onsite opportunities -- descent compensation -- Very good technology driven colleagues speaccially for the architecture track.

Cons

-- Company is under very rapid growing process currently and this might lead to a bit of variance and turbulence for the employess as process are constantly being evolved( I hope for better) -- New management being roped in is coming from old service sector as of date, most people left those service industries to joing Nagarro , due to their cost cutting policies which adversely effects employee confidence and satisfaction with organization. -- Noida office( Noida being best NCR place to stay currently) is definitily stopping some great proffessionals from joining or continuing with organization. My personal reason for leaving such a great organization was specifically this as people really get adversely effected personally wasting so much time just for reaching Gurgaon.( for eg: snapdeal which recently opened an office space in Gurgaon just behind Nagarro, had to send a written apology to all their employees for the same, which has still not curbed the heavy leaving rate encountered there). -- I have seen some great employees leaving the organization recently, when I discuss with some of them today, I get to know the fluctuations which might not be felt by everyone. The retiration rate is constantly increasing , which was not the case when I joined Nagarro( maybe Nagarro is compensating with the same by constant new hiring, which i feel might not be adressing the right problem correctly)

First - let me thank you for a detailed feedback and also for a great rating for Nagarro. This is the best kind of feedback and helps us understand more what our people think of us. I full agree with you of course that we are currently the best services company to work for. I agree that there is some turbulence - but it is not due to bad weather, it is what you feel when you are taking off. Nagarro is really taking off and, yes, for that reason we have change - a change for the better. Our processes are being re-looked at - because we want to be the same in terms of culture and DNA but at scale. The senior folks who are joining us are being hand-picked by the senior management with the potential of being able to work and contribute in our culture - but at the same time they bring so much knowledge that it makes us stronger and better. We are very strongly experimenting with the idea of a Noida office and it is likely to become a reality in the next year. At the same time, we are thinking a little out-of-the-box about how to make it happen (more details as we crystallize them ourselves) - most likely it won't be a normal Nagarro Noida office. The Jaipur office is a whole different thing and the idea is not to move folks from NCR there - but to tap the talent available in Jaipur or in India which wants to relocate back to Rajasthan. The attrition rate is still one of the lowest in the industry. It is currently around 11% (we have had it fluctuate between 8-12% in the past). All the constant new hiring is to support the growth that we foresee and are also currently going through. Our biggest nightmare is to become like any other services company in India and we all are dedicated to keeping it different. It is sad that you had leave Nagarro - and we will hope to see you back in the not so distant future. Thank you again for leaving a detailed feedback.

Pros

1.Flexi Worling Hours 2. Work From Home Concept - which can be improved 3. Provision of after hours transport facility

Cons

Resources are placed in their projects irrespective of the technology of their knowledge Project Change Requests seldom get carried out Transportation service provided by company will squeeze your pocket dry No appraisal on pushing ones limit and providing deliverable(at least in my project) Lack of professionalism in terms of speech and action Micro level management is inefficient Policies are not transparent Salary Structuring is worst- Your package and in-hand are liable to see a very large difference as if a middle man has interfered in it Every word of client is treated as final no matter how awkward, unrealistic or impossible may that be A2FS system followed is full of crap - Only those who can lick managers feet can rise Biased salaries of QA and DEV

Dear colleague, While I appreciate that you have taken the time to provide feedback (and it always helps us), I have to disagree with the certainty and tone with which you describe the problems that you see with Nagarro. We are not as bad as you say or feel - our attrition is far below the norm in the industry - year after year - so we must be doing something right. Let me try to address some of your points: - allocating people irrespective of their knowledge: the majority of the people are allocated as per their best fit to a project (how else would we have so many happy customers where people deliver excellent solutions to them). Will there be times that we ask people to learn new skills for a project? Yes, of course. The technology landscape is changing rapidly and if we don't upgrade we will be left behind. - project change request: they are carried out as per the policies defined for project changes. And in fact, we do cater to a lot of project change requests which our managers are not really happy about in general. - salaries, appraisals, etc.: our salary structure is as good or better than any other company out there. You are implying that some kind of magic happens where money that is promised to you is not given to you - and I am sorry to say but that is absurd. Please reach out to the payroll team to schedule a meeting and understand how the salary is broken up. Our increments and appraisals are purely a function of you performance and potential - not based on any foot licking as you say. I am sorry that you feel that the company has systems which are 'full of crap'. This is the not the company we are; but, it is clear that you have had some bad experiences. If you would like to, I am will meet you and understand these and either correct things (if we have been unfair) or provide you clarifications (if we have been misunderstood). In any case, I would request you to be a bit kinder with your words in the future when you are trying to provide feedback - since the person receiving feedback is generally trying to help and improve things. Regards.

Pros

I don't have anything to say good about the company.

Cons

It is the worst company to work for. If you don't have any choice to work , than only go in such a lala type company

I am sorry that you had this experience here at Nagarro. But if you see other reviews and knowing what I know of the company, we are exactly the opposite of a 'lala' type company. I wish you had explained a bit more what challenges you faced at Nagarro - that would have allowed us to see where we can improve to make Nagarro even better.
