Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I am happy to see that you have a positive outlook towards Nagarro. And I think we can justify that outlook. With regards to the cons that you describe, I would like to make a few comments. While it is the nature of our industry that there are times in a project which are harder and require a commitment beyond normal - most of the times people don't need to work under that much pressure. Based on the monthly attendance report that we generate around 95% of the company spends 200 hours or less in the office per month. The amount of time spent in office is something that we track quite closely and investigate anytime people are consistently spending more time in the office than expected, we try to fix it.
