9yThanks for your review here on Glassdoor. I think it is the nature of our work where there can be critical dependencies on individuals. We should work to make it so that it doesn't last for too long. Having a critical dependency is neither good for the project health nor for that individual's opportunity prospects. This is something that we do track and advise our customers on proactively wherever possible.

9yDear colleague, we are trying to improve the traffic situation around the Gutenberg/13 building. I understand that the Hindustan Times may carry an article on this very street today and our efforts to patch the road in places.
