      Pros

      There's no point in writing Pros !! its endless.. Trust me you have number of reviews to believe. Now.. What I feel about Nagarro, this is an organisation where I developed a feeling that I will be with this company for 10, 20 or even more years. And the credit goes to the work environment and super supportive people in this Company. What I like the most is a sense of positivity once I enter the office. In just mere two weeks I started enjoying my work, and best thing is they assign you a buddy on your first day of joining which is a great technique because you get familiar to everything in no time. Well I can write a essay about various small small things Nagarro does, which shows they actually cares and make you feel you are a part of family.

      Cons

      I was hired on a third party Payroll, at times I feel disheartened because these Payroll partners have so many different as useless policies which somewhere keeps effecting.

      Dear colleague, I am glad that you like what you have seen of Nagarro so far. And I thank you for the detailed description of what is good here. This makes my day. As for your comment regarding the terms of your association with Nagarro, we do have certain support roles that we have decided to subcontract for now. This decision may change in the future, but for now, this seems to be the way to go.

      Pros

      Very cool work culture unlike any large company Nagarro is agile . You have the freedom of work and supportive colleagues . Fantastic workforce with strong technical skills and good projects . Very flat in hierarchy , top management is always supportive . Also employee friendly - WFH policy , massage therapy , yoga fitness etc .

      Cons

      Lunch !!!! and Udyog Vihar as a location (traffic)

      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am happy that you see all the positives in Nagarro that everyone works so hard to maintain. I agree with you on one of our locations - the road quality outside can be improved and Nagarro is continuously working to have the city administration focus on it. But overall, most locations In Gurgaon have issues with accessibility due to traffic. We have considered some of the newer areas before and realized that the commute time would increase for a lot of the employees. But we are a growing company and will outgrow the current space soon enough - and then we will have to look for other locations anyway.
