      Pros

      Very friendly environment, work from home is available, onsite opportunity is there in the company, excellent work life balance

      Cons

      We get very few leaves and leaves are credited to your account every month. Rather it would be useful if we get our quota of leaves in a single go and then things can be planned accordingly.

Leaves are accumulated based on the amount of time spent working and is pretty normal as a policy. What we do allow is for you to over extend your leave balance within reason.       It was a good experience in my life and a real jump start to my budding career

      There was nothing really downsided to the company as such and the work provided was fairly good.
