Jams in Delhi are increasing tremendously so there a need to shift the location to somewhere else

Good Technology learning and faster turn around. lots of open source usage. Even though its CMM level 5, but they have managed it well so that overheads of documentation etc are not passed onto technical people.

Cons

At times they accept project from small companies without much scrutiny of client credential.
