      Great work culture(with nice work, life balance), excellent learning and growth opportunities, diversified but well defined growth paths at all the levels... Good level of transparency in the organization... The organization is headed by the highly proficient management and has established itself as one of the well recognized IT service provider. Very fast and diversified domain expansion...

      Inconsistent salary structure (like some components are based on joining date...).

      Nice learning environment, help employees to expertise in their field, nice infrastructure, high level projects, Nice staffs and good facilities to work.

      Cons

      Huge difference in salary in same designation regardless of quality, too much negotiations during hiring, Less team work and some rude and overconfident TL, Transport.
