      Pros

      My total tenure in this company is close to 6 years and I have seen a great change in this company from being 300 count to 1200+. Changes in terms of improvement in Management, handling of delivery and processes etc. Some good points are : Flexi timings Good Compensation More than 50% projects from big clients. Compared to other IT service companies, you will get better work. Continuous effort from management to improve company work culture.

      Cons

      There are few(or say many) but since it is a growing company, it is always keen to resolve such negative points. From my understanding a major Cons : No Noida Office. A small (may be a satellite) office in Noida would be a big factor to retain employees and satisfaction.

      Let me first thank you for taking the time to post this review. We are now over 2000 strong - perhaps we should announce that in the next newsletter. It feels really good to see you mentioning that there is continuous effort to improve culture. Maintaining and improving our culture is the most important thing we can do. Having an office in Noida is not something that is off the table. It can always happen and we have talked about it several times - but not found reasons compelling enough just yet. It could still happen. But more importantly, regarding how approachable the management is, I request you, please reach out to anyone who you need to talk to. While you are right that we are much bigger than the 300 we once were, but we do want to continue to be a very open and approachable company. So, you should definitely reach out whenever you feel the need to.

      Pros

      The senior management has an eye for talent. You get your space to run things your way with minimal bureaucracy. You can learn, celebrate and grow immensly!

      Cons

      Need stronger HR support across the board - I can see the policies being changed and working already.

      Thank you for leaving such a positive review of Nagarro. This tells us that we are moving in the right direction. As you mentioned, we are working on making sure that HR is stronger and more transparent as we go along. Policies are being revised and renewed (we are growing really fast, so some things need some catching up to do). Minimal bureaucracy is our mantra and you have caught it right. As for your advice to the management, yes this is something that we are trying to do more often. Senior management has started addressing people in all geographies more regularly to address this exact concern. Feel free to reach out to any of us if you have any concerns or suggestions.
