      Pros

      If you are lucky then you can get a good technical work, otherwise you may end up working for someone else fault and rewarded as complete owner of others failure. Good salary in figures (I think this is the only USP of this company)

      Cons

      Very small clients or very small work from big clients thus not much on domain level experience. Very confusing salary structure( e.g. PLs are part of CTC??)

      If you want to do average work only application level and mostly in .NET this is the company.

      Cons

      Biased towards old timers who are just average guys but carry a lot of weight in the company. Founders have sold the company and relocated to US. Lack to big projects .

      Best thing noted, employees work for many years with Nagarro coz they get bonded to the team and company. Attached to team for emotional bonding and to company for paying the best compensation across industry, emphasizing on employee satisfaction and provides opportunities to work on latest technologies, what else an employee wants...

      Cons

      At times, we encounter some work pressure but I guess its acceptable as it helps in rigorous learning and shaping career
