Great focus on technologies, learning and development on new and upcoming technologies, always open to old employees, better pay masters than many IT firms

Cons

Gives priority to people grown with nagarro, discrimination in salary of same designation employees, lack of company culture, mission & vision. Lack of transparency on company, leadership, growth, compensation, feedback. Autocratic culture, lack of proper policy and procedures

Good growth in terms of package and position. Good learning for people who want to grow technically.

Cons

Work life balance is not good. Employees are made to work up to late night on a regular basis. Processes are not followed properly. Poor policies, management etc.

mostly 10-6 job, out of which u may spend 3-4 hrs in cafeteria,gym & in meetings

Cons

10% of your ctc will be reserved as performance bonus, which they release in 2 parts after 6 months
