      Overall a good company, but a few caveats

      Pros

      It is defintitely an Overall good company to work for, It has a start up culture, the mentorship program is good

      Cons

      The main con is Low salary inspite of long working hours. It has no transportation benifits and the cafeteria is not that good.

      Not much as a managment, Employees are very supportive, need to hire really competitive employees and there ability to support new employees.

      Pros

      Flexible time, good pay scales, lots of challenging work and if required, can be sent to onsite as well depending on your capability

      Cons

      Closely held organization, so maximum you can reach is at Program Manager level. Also, Senior Management trusts people who have spend lot of time in organization, even if they are wrong.
