      Overall a good company, but a few caveats

      Pros

      It is defintitely an Overall good company to work for, It has a start up culture, the mentorship program is good

      Cons

      The main con is Low salary inspite of long working hours. It has no transportation benifits and the cafeteria is not that good.

      Pros

      Nagarro provides the apt work justifying the individual capabilities, gives chance to shift technology, gives great learning experience. Everything looks easy once you have spent 1 year or so with Nagarro.

      Cons

      I couldn't find any.. though pressure deadlines can cramp you sometimes...

      Environment, Comfort level, High Salary as compared to other competitors in Delhi NCR, Working on a very big project in C++/HTML, Work life balance and Onsite opportunities.
