      Continuous rule changes, some of which were last minute. Having QC listen to all your calls and getting in trouble for little things, some of which are not even real issues

      Great place to work and great work-life balance. Great place to get your foot in the door for entry level IT support.

      Cons

      No consistency for the programs managed but the schools and Nagarro. End users are not the greatest for tech and no education has been sough on their part to rectify the issue.
