      work life balance is pretty good you get to be in a project where you don't have good knowledge, so you get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      low pay can get into a project where you will stay late (like 11PM even)

      - Favoritism works well - Worst Project Allocation - Rude managers - Unnecessary Leadership meeting - Leadership comes in the picture once POC is done and approved by manager and client. Ended up rework - Bad appraisal even after receiving good feedback from client because of manager - Does not follow their core value (CARING)
