Nagarro is just another service based company like TCS, Infosys just differs in size and thus, its having all Pros of Big IT Giants like Job Security, Fame, Good Increment(initial CTC 3.5 lpa), Technically Sound and all Pros of healthy start ups like No bench period, You are not lost in the crowd, No service bond, Proper Integration to Tech Team & Growth.
