      Pros

      Good company to work for because of the team atmosphere. Projects can be challenging but there is a collaborative work effort.

      Cons

      As the company struggles economically employees are asked to take un-paid time off throughout the year to offset the lack of profit.

      Pros

      Every employee is friendly and available for any questions that you have, including the owners. They give out birthday and anniversary cards with gift cards . They have catering multiple times a week, a market in the break room, and fun competitions/activities throughout the year. They are always open to new ideas that you may come up with.

      Not the best communication between departments
