Flexible timings, good culture, upper management is easily accessible to discuss problems, compensation for freshers is good, infrastructure for developer productivity is awesome (company provide 2 big monitors, with extra keyboard and mouse for every developer -- this shows management really thinks about developer productivity)

Cons

Employee recognition is poor, work-life balance is little difficult
