      Pros

      * Flexible timings * Work culture is good depending upon the team you are into * Fun activities like indoor/ outdoor games, party * Cool managers and HRs. They are approachable.

      Cons

      * Not much of career growth seen, despite you ask for project change nothing really happens * Lack of employee recognition and motivation. Your work gets recognized if you are friends with superior. * Hard work doesn't pays off. No good increment. * There could yelling on the floor, and if you raise concerns about it, nothing much happens there.
