Monthly meetings to appreciate people who worked hard. And playing games with team and celebrating birthdays of those month 6.Best location 7.Immediate action on your requests 8. Salary break up components with clear cut options to save them

      - Great place to learn new technologies - Management listens to your problems and aspirations. Try to solve your problems. - People are friendly - Work from home/flexi-timings, no time tracking, no micro management - Great location

      Cons

      - Promotions are hard to come by - Company is still growing, you can expect goof ups on admin/finance part - Parking is an issue, as number of employees keep going up
