I have been working with Nalashaa for more than 3 years and has very good experience so far. It is easy to access the management team and share any concerns/issues.Good corporate culture.Ontime Salary payment either on projects or in between projects. I never worried about my H1 extensions or GC processing. They will only do the followups and get the job done.

As part of Sales, It has planned big with focus on business achievments and faster growth. The admin, finance, management has been constantly adding value to the growth, process improvement, employee engagement, learning & development and team building. Nalashaa pays well to performers and capable employees.

No cons to talk about as i have not faced any in the 10 months i worked here.
