      good work-life balance wonderful and more salaries when compared to market transparency from the top management on all projects healthy work wnvironment

      Cons

      not too many projects available need to find alternative ways to utilize a resource once the project is over like deploying to other companies and get them back once we got any project

      Pros

      Have been working with Nalashaa since Augest, 2012. The best thing is conveniently very easy to reach HR, Project Managers and even higher management for any issues or concerns or in general. Management is delivering/doing what they promised. I feel great that I made the right choice and I am working for a very rapidly growing technology and consulting firm.
