      Pros

      Have been working with Nalashaa since March, 2013 and so far has been an amazing experience. The best thing I like about Nalashaa is it's focus on new and core technologies. It's conveniently very easy to reach HR, Project Managers and even higher management for any issues or concerns or in general. Communication is a super plus for working with Nalashaa. I feel great that I made the right choice and I am working for a very rapidly growing technology and consulting firm and I highly recommend the company.

      None I can think of right now. Everything has been very good for me so far.

      I have been here around for 10 months now and right from beginning i have had a nice time due to the below reasons, - Its a fun loving atmosphere with ample energy which adds up motivation - The work culture is open for employees - The HR team take lot of time to feel employees happy and motivated by different kinds of activities. - There is wide range of different technologies being worked on by employees which is a good as employees can spread their areas of interest.

      Cons

      Nothing much to say here. There is always something which u feel can be improved or changed in terms of work life or salary, but to me all it matters is are u happy doing your job or not.
