      Pros

      Best reason to work over here is flexibility of time. The company is not very strict on the amount of hours that you have to put in office which really helps you maintain the personal and professional life balance. The senior and management staff is very friendly and is open to frank suggestions.

      Cons

      I don't have much to put in this section as I consider this company to be very open and certainly better then most when it comes to looking after their employees. This is my personal observation. People may disagree....

      Employee Friendly Environment Cooperative employees and managers Caring HR Salary on time Nice work culture I feel really great to work for Nalashaa, they have been doing great to maintain a healthy work environment. Great efforts.
