Flexible timings, WFH option and NO Variable pay. All management people are reachable and they are friendly with helping nature. Every employee can share their concerns with high level mgmt people like VP, Managers, HR Managers etc. Nalashaa always tries to provide a nice atmosphere to employees at workplace.

Good working environment, co-workers are very cooperative. Good pay scheme. Flexible working timings. Fun and gaming activities conducted for refreshment. Having a great time in my newborn carrier opportunity. For a beginner this company is a better choice
