      Great place to work, good salary and provides good opportunity to work with major clients. HR & Management policies are transparent and good, Immigration team just makes everything so smooth for you, never had any issue with paper work related to VISA and Immigration process

      Pros

      I'm a consultant working with Nalashaa for close to 2 years. This is unlike many consulting companies in USA. We do have the flexibility to choose the clients/locations where to work. They have a great sales team to help with finding the best consulting assignment. They have great HR team to support with Visa paperwork and Green card processing. Management is supportive of your career goals. I had a smooth exit when I wanted to move on to a different opportunity. Working with the offshore team was an excellent experience.

      Cons

      Innovation and product development is being encouraged in offshore team. I would appreciate if similar measures are taken for onsite consultants, as we have access to huge number of talented resources.

      Pros

      I have been working with Nalashaa for more than 3 years and has very good experience so far. It is easy to access the management team and share any concerns/issues.Good corporate culture.Ontime Salary payment either on projects or in between projects. I never worried about my H1 extensions or GC processing. They will only do the followups and get the job done.

      I can't think of any.
