      Immediate Supervisors have poor management skills. HR in facility is fresh out of school and has no people skills and holds no grasp on real life.

      Great work/life balance - 3 day weekends Paid Christmas shutdown for 5 days, total 9 paid Holidays annually Solid safety culture and amazing people to work with Management promotes learning and improvement Generous HSA input and 401K match from the company Diverse and inclusive - women have opportunities to advance (VP and 70% of operators are women) - Most workers have been there 10-30 years. Really embodies the Dedication, Precision, and Care values

      Location is in the middle of no where - long commutes Supplier issues due to being such a niche product causing short-term and temporary lay offs - laid off employees are on the top of the list to be re-hired when production begins.
