Business Outlook
Pros
Government clearances that can be used for future jobs. Great starting pay with yearly raises. Managers aren't always all over your work yet they trust you to do your job correctly without being watched. Managers are pretty good for PTO or if you need to leave. Easy work once you get the hang of it.
Cons
Repetition can become extremely boring most of the time. Long hours on concrete floors or uncomfortable seats. Can become a revolving door as many cannot handle the work. Lack of cross training unless you really push the managers to be trained.
