Pros

People were immensely talented, however there wasn’t an ego in sight and they were all easy to work with.

Cons

Definitely one of the more “intense” companies I’ve worked for, which makes sense when you take into account the magnitude of the contributions they’ve made; NBS has completely revolutionized the symbiosis between tech and health, climate, etc. Obviously, they’re going to have high standards.
