Pros

- Some nice coworkers. - Nice building.

Cons

- Micro-managed environment to the max! If you don't trust us to do the work, then why bother hiring us? - Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. - No environmental health and safety (EHS) regulation. I wouldn't be surprise if OSHA fines them. I regularly see employees working with dangerous equipment with no PPE gears. - No work life balance.

CEO has a great vision. Co-Workers are very friendly and professional. Unlimited vacation policy. Good benefits. Lots of rooms to grow and learn.

Cons

Start up company so you need to be flexible and need to have willingness to contribute to move project forward.
