      Pros

      This is a wonderful company to work for with great people and an outstanding work-life balance. Everyone works together as a team and there is a real family-like feel here. There is room for professional growth and lots of opportunity. I'd 100% recommend this as a place to work.

      -The staff members really work as a team and support each other -The work in a correctional setting offers patient care opportunities without the rigorous demands of the hospital setting -There are opportunities for growth as a current associate and with a large number of sites in the NaphCare family -The administration is very supportive and is willing to mentor for those wishing to explore management opportunities -Electronic documentation allows for easy charting and access to information
