Cons

Inadequate leadership/management (unable to cover or work the floor d/t not knowing how/what needs done), low compensation and PTO accrual, poor orientation, unsafe patient/staff ratios and assignments, lack of tools and resources needed to perform basic job duties and functions

None that I can think of.

Cons

You will not be trained for the job. You will not be given much time to learn the job. You will need to figure out proprietary software. A little bit of nepotism will be found on the job. Strong fear of being "fired" environment. Very high stress and strife environment. I was employee number 6 for the same role in a very short time. I learned that this ranked as the worst job I have ever had. I have run my own businesses for over 20 plus years and wanted to try something different. I was left appalled and disgusted.

Great company, complicated field

Pros

As far as correctional health vendors no one compares to Naphcare. Great foundations that competitors don't even recognize are issues.

Cons

As a vendor everything is vulnerable to politics and government beauracracy that can negatively affect the ability to be fully effective in the position.
