The atmosphere is great. Not micromanagey (certain bosses are from what I understand, but not in this dept), work from home options, flexible time

None tbh; but the company loves food and to eat

I was PRN which I liked

Cons

Charge Nurse asked me to preform jobs outside my scope as a paramedic. They also would call or text me 20 min before my shift and move me to another location which caused conflict when I was scheduled to be at a different location

They appreciate their employees so much, they work with you and train you well. They are based in Alabama and have employees all over helping them out. The communication, organization and leadership skills are top tier.
