Pay, select fellow staff members were a pleasure to work with, X-Ray on site, PT on site, great MA's for the most part
Cons
Health benefits are poor, leadership was not interested in the care of these inmates. They cared about making money and sending as little people to the hospital as necessary to do so. At times encouraging staff to notify multiple MD's before sending a patient out. Which delays care and made outcomes typically worse. High turnover rate among providers( MD's,PA's,&NP's) who won't conform to the recklessness. My advice stay out of jail because these are not the healthcare personnel you want taking care of your needs.
