      Salary-wise it's good, especially the stock grant. ESPP is also a good offer

      Cons

      In our team, weekend work activities will not be considered as an OT or even get an additional adjusted flexday within the team even if you've worked for 6days. I know some teams do it just to balance the persons work sched.
