Pros

I feel that my experience at Nasdaq has been very positive and supportive from upper management to my direct manager. The employee networks work to uplift everyone. If you work hard and contribute the compensation programs treat you very well. The 401k and ESPP has done very well for me. Adena genuinely cares for the company and the employees.

Cons

The company had a good subsidized plan for medical if you qualified to retire early and the removed that program in 2023. Now it is economically unfeasible to retire before 65 if you choose to do so.
