Pros

When I got an offer from them I got blinded by the salary but I regret it.

Cons

Maybe it depends on the team you’re in but mine is different, here are why: - we have a remote work from anywhere for 15 business days benefit but it depends if your manager likes you - management has favorites, they like the ones who kiss up to them - I was told sick days are also vacation days, and that it almost points out that you have no right to use it - people are all sarcastic - too much politics which will not make you grow - sprint master and product manager bully you indirectly - speaking of sick days, they expect you to either work on your sick day, or they want you to be a fortune teller to be able to say if you will be getting sick within the sprint - they want you to list your objectives but will squash them since the management doesn’t favor your ideas

Pros

Working for a place with a brand name, good work/life balance.

Cons

Toxic culture with no room for growth. Pay-your-dues mentality among leadership. Rapidly outsourcing everything that can be offshored. Non-technical PM's for technical products. Performative DEI.
