Pros

-Talented and hardworking product org -Work life balance at its best with hybrid work environment and monthly flex days( though I never use them) - Job security even during times like this where most companies have frozen hiring / reduced in size - Decent pay / perks

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other financial companies in the investment backing sector. ( don’t expect hedge fund quant salaries) Engineering org is very lean and finding people to productionize new concepts will require a lot of convincing unless there is direct revenue impact
