      -Great benefits -Amazing CEO -Very intentional and thoughtful culture with nice people who care about each other (no jerks) -Entrepreneurial -Genuine focus on ESG

      Cons

      Not a lot. It’s definitely what you make of it. While it’s a supportive environment, there isn’t a specific advancement path in some roles which can lead to a need to really own your growth. For folks looking for a more straightforward promotion path this can be challenging. Titles and levels can be confusing, though folks are approachable, and helpful regardless of title and where they sit in the org chart which helps here.
