In the marketing department anyway, there are some great and really talented people. But it's also a pretty bloated marketing organization with literally dozens of people you would be hard pressed to figure out what they do all day. Tons of people have "director," "head of" or something similar in their title but very few are willing or able to actually make any decisions, so everything takes way longer than it needs to. If you need anything, be prepared to ask three or four times and/or escalate up the chain of command because many people just ignore you if they don't feel like helping and/or the organization is so bloated you might be asking the wrong person. No matter the results you produce, if you're not "in" with or a favorite of the top marketing management you won't go anywhere.

Hire more diversity in VP and above! Too many white males making decisions, and not understanding diversity and how each employee is different. HR really needs to evaluate VPs/ head of groups, it seems they get away with everything and no matter how many people quit or file HR complaints on a manager, there are no repercussions. Employees are belittled for speaking up, and fired if they challenge their managers.
