Pros

CEO is extraordinarily impressive and motivating. The company is doing many interesting things, so lots of opportunities to learn and do new things (caveat below). The name brand is impressive to future employers. Many nice people working there.

Cons

In the marketing department anyway, there are some great and really talented people. But it's also a pretty bloated marketing organization with literally dozens of people you would be hard pressed to figure out what they do all day. Tons of people have "director," "head of" or something similar in their title but very few are willing or able to actually make any decisions, so everything takes way longer than it needs to. If you need anything, be prepared to ask three or four times and/or escalate up the chain of command because many people just ignore you if they don't feel like helping and/or the organization is so bloated you might be asking the wrong person. No matter the results you produce, if you're not "in" with or a favorite of the top marketing management you won't go anywhere.
