Pros

Smart people; being an Exchange and a tech company is a unique space; always something to learn from your colleagues or from in-house webinars. Colleagues are willing to chat about their area of expertise.

Cons

Salary is not particularly competitive, though HR will claim it's competitive...comical. You stay because you enjoy your colleagues and it's a globally-recognized company and brand. Could be absolutely perfect if the base salary were competitive by 15%+ and if the vesting were quarterly or every 2Q. Have heard horror stories of folks trying to take mobility.
