Pros

Name of the company impresses some people Opportunity to buy shares at a good price through ESPP somewhat offsets the bonus system

Cons

Exceptionally restrictive covid policies Yearly merit doesn't keep up with the inflation One of the most modest bonus systems for non-execs Extensive restrictions on trading stocks for employees - even if your department has nothing to do with the NASDAQ stock exchange

Pros

Fortunate to have worked with a great team who become very close knit and care for you as a worker and person. Great benefits, events, competitive pay, beautiful office.

Cons

sometimes its who you know vs whose better for the role
