Pros

Good work environment, good work-life balance, good health insurance plan, opportunities to take courses and books paid for by the company, yearly bonus and finally a stock purchase program

Cons

Yearly Salary increase isn't that attractive, there is a general disconnect between senior management & the rest of employees, and lastly, Team building events tend to be somewhat lame & lack-luster.

Pros

Good company, if you are willing to snatch the opportunity there is a lot. Don't expect someone to spoonfeed you/direct you.

Cons

Well as usual there are certain unspoken restrictions since it is an Indian office
