Pros

Based on your team you will be working with the industry's top talents. If you like to learn and improve this is one the very places. If you want to work with new technology you have to take the initiative and find it. Most of my colleagues are very cooperative, don't get me wrong with significant negative points. Even with all that it is a nice company to work.

Cons

Indian management is so poor, they don't have a basic idea of how to progress in a product focussed company. They are focused on how they could make the company a service-based industry and make the talented employees leave. They are getting a good opportunity to expand but they are least concerned about the quality of the new hires and also the retention of niche skills.
