      Pros

      My onboarding experience with HR was very great. Also, it's almost one year since I joined NASDAQ. My experience with the team and the management was very great. My manager, Senior manager, and VP were accommodating with the Job. Management also ensures career growth along with the current role. Learned a lot from the management style of this wonderful organization. I am glad to be a part of NASDAQ.

      Name of the company impresses some people Opportunity to buy shares at a good price through ESPP somewhat offsets the bonus system

      Cons

      Exceptionally restrictive covid policies Yearly merit doesn't keep up with the inflation One of the most modest bonus systems for non-execs Extensive restrictions on trading stocks for employees - even if your department has nothing to do with the NASDAQ stock exchange

      Better work life balance if you team is abroad Better pay if you negotiate better initially Lot of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Long probation period of 6months & Be careful of how you work during it. You will sometimes forget majority of technical skills you learnt till joining as not much of great work on new tech stack Very custom written code and more focus on the functional or the business aspect
